Berömfabriken - a prototype for anonymously giving your colleagues praise

The goal of Berömfabriken is to lower the barriers to giving your colleagues praise. The best praise is of course the kind you give person-to-person, but not everyone dares to do that. It can also feel problematic, for example for a man to compliment a woman or for an employee to compliment their manager.

Berömdrömmen is open 24/7, 365 days a year and as an employee you can anonymously record a praise. In a perfect world Berömfabriken will help normalize praising colleagues to the point where it’s no longer needed.

I the film you can see me click record and speak my praise. After that what I said is transcribed and then I choose a template for the praise. The praise is created with a language model and then the text is converted to speech and mixed together with generated music.
