We're now releasing the Clara prototype to the public as well. Clara collects feedback anonymously and summarizes it using a bit of AI.

To dare to make your voice heard and say what you think, or to speak up, is difficult. It can be about anything from someone behaving badly to experiencing injustices and inequality in your workplace. But it can also be about ideas and suggestions that could make the workplace better.

Now we’re releasing the Clara prototype to the public as well. Clara collects feedback anonymously and compiles it with a bit of AI. Clara can also provide recommendations.

Clara is a prototype that makes it possible to have your voice heard anonymously. An employee can speak or type what they want to say, and the AI anonymizes it. The employee also has access to a chatbot to consult. Afterwards, all employees’ thoughts are analyzed and compiled into a dashboard that, for example, managers and/or HR could have access to. Clara divides employees’ voices into the categories ‘Leadership’, ‘Work environment’, ‘Equality’, ‘Other’ and ‘Ideas’.

AI also helps to generate recommendations for the categories.

Code is available at github.com/mickekring/top-of-mind-clara. Clara is one of several prototypes developed within the project “Top of Mind: Jämställdhet i industrins vardag” which was led by my colleague Linn Johansson at RISE.
